FixMoto PH Services connects motorcycle riders with verified mechanics for roadside assistance in the Philippines. This policy explains what we collect and why.

• Account details: name, email, phone number, and role (rider or mechanic).
• Location data: GPS position while you have an active booking, so riders and mechanics can find each other.
• Photos you upload: profile photos, problem photos, feedback images, and support screenshots.
• Booking and wallet records: bookings, fees, top-up requests, and transaction history.
• Messages sent through in-app chat and support tickets.

• To match riders with nearby available mechanics and show live location during a job.
• To process booking fees, wallet balances, and top-up approvals.
• To verify mechanics and keep the platform safe.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes.

Location is used only while the app is in use and during active bookings. You can revoke location permission in your device settings, but booking features may stop working.

Camera and gallery access is used only when you choose to attach a photo. We never access your media in the background.

We share limited data only where needed: a rider's location and problem details are shared with the assigned mechanic, and vice versa. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by Philippine law.

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls and row-level security. We retain booking, wallet, and audit records as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Deleting your account removes your profile, though anonymized transaction records may be retained.

FixMoto PH Services is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
